The Turbine Art Fair (TAF) has announced that the 2021 edition of the art fair will be a hybrid virtual and physical event taking place in September.
The physical iteration of the TAF will take place in Johannesburg at 10 Fricker Road, Illovo from 9 – 12 September while the virtual art fair will be housed on turbineartfair.co.za. The physical event will feature the TAF’s usual exhibitors along with young and emerging artists from across Africa, as well as the TAF’s special projects.
Design Joburg Pop-Up
From 3 – 5 June, the TAF will also be hosting a pop-up at Design Joburg Collective, taking place at La Grange Interiors in Kramerville. Viewers will be able to preview and purchase works from young artists participating in this year’s TAF.
