Life under lockdown: An interview with Lehlogonolo Mashaba

CF: How are you remaining creative/maintaining your creative output?
LM: Creating work is second nature to me. The key is to master the art of work, not just the work of art.

CF: What 3 things could you not live without under lockdown?
LM: It all boils down to art supply, the internet and food.

CF: What are you missing most about the outside world?
LM: I don’t feel nostalgic about the outside world at the moment. Isolation has brought about much-needed quiescence so I can focus on planning for new ideas.
