Virtual arts & culture events in South Africa

In the words of Tate: ‘We believe that access to art for everyone is a universal human right. Now more than ever, art can lift our spirits, brighten our days and support our mental health.’ So while many arts, culture and heritage events have been postponed or cancelled, some good news is that many have moved from physical to digital. Here’s a list of some of the events we know have been postponed, cancelled or changed to virtual events. Keep an eye on this page to get updates as we hear them.

Head over to our Virtual Events page to see a calendar of upcoming events and to watch live streams, participate in discussions, listen to conversations between creatives and have a look at past virtual events.
